Between Love International Ltd at 10 Parc club du Millénaire, registered under the number 439 724 808, represented by Mrs Olga BOZHKO, named hereafter "the counselor" and the person named hereafter "the member" who registers at the agency, is agreed and fixed what follows :

Article 1 - Contract subject
The aim of the present contract is to set the conditions through which the counselor puts Russian women and members in contact with the objective of meeting available and legal adults (singles, widows(ers) or divorcees) with the same goal. The services offered by the counselor as well as the membership itself are governed by article 6 of the 89/421 law and its 90/422 decree. The contract can be terminated for a legitimate reason by either of the two parties.

Article 2 : duration of the contract
For the " distance " packages, the present contract is established for the duration of a year. In the case of a registration to the "trips" packages, the meetings taking all place during the trip, the contract terminates at the return date. Yet, if necessary and in order to avoid interrupting an already existing relation between a member and a Russian woman or to help the member in the administrative formalities (invitation of a woman to France, formalities for the future marriage) it can be extended in common agreement without having to pay supplemental fees.

Article 3 - truthfulness of the information
The member certifies that he is at least 18 of age and of age in his country; and is available (i.e single, widow(er) or divorcee).
He commits to provide true and accurate information. To that effect, and in order to avoid any contest, he commits to send by mail to Love International the photocopy of a document testifying of his identity (identity card, driver's licence, passport) within a week of registration. He also commits to notify the agency of any changes in his situation during his membership. Generally, the personal information provided by the member is entirely his responsibility. The counselor cannot in any circumstances, be liable for the prejudicial consequences of untrue and false declarations, for what follows after the contacts or the meetings between the members or for the abnormal behaviour of a woman member.

Article 4 : Use of the services
The member commits :
- not to permit the use of the services of Love International by giving a third party access to the documents he receives
- not to communicate private information he received from other members or from the counselor
- to act with courtesy and respect towards the other members, to never insult, harass or threaten other members.
In order for the counselor to bring the member a true active service, he commits to answer the letters that will be sent to him by the women members

Article 5 - Services and obligations of the counselor
The counselor has an obligation of means. To that effect, she commits to carry out all promises written in the ads received by the member from Love International in order to achieve a relationship with a Russian women. She notably commits :
For the "You are chosen" package:
- To put the member profile in a single album which is regularly looked through by the women members in our partner agency in St Petersburg.
- to then communicate the member all the correspondence from the young Russian women of which he is the addressee
- to put the Agency's email and translation service at the disposal of the member
- to entirely reimburse the membership fees if after three months no young women have wished to start corresponding with him.
For the "Trip" or "VIP trip" packages, she commits :
- to put him in contact with the Agency's Partner in St Petersburg while he is in Russia in order to organize an unlimited number of meetings.
- for the duration of a year, to make it possible for him to go back a second time to St Petersburg without having to pay the service fees to the Agency again (plane fare and lodging not included).
- the hotel reservation will be provided by a travel agency

Article 6 : Withdrawal option
The member has a 7-day withdrawal option from the signature of the present contract. During this period, the member may terminate his registration by sending a registered mail (with acknowledgement of receipt) to the Love International headquarters. Within this period no amount of the registration fee will be cashed.

Article 7 : Easy terms
If the member chooses to benefit from easy terms, he can write several checks.

Article 8 : Responsibilities
The member bears sole responsibility in the eyes of French law regarding information sent to the Agency as well as for his relations with the women. Love International Agency cannot be held responsible for the flight and lodging of the client, the responsibility lies with the travel agency who organized the trip; In case of litigation, only the court of Montpellier will be eligible.
